First time I took my allroad in for a recall, the dealer (whom I bought the car from) said they ran out of loaners (B.S.) and took me to enterprise who put me in a filthy Versa with a loud clanging noise coming from the trunk area.

I’m %100 with you.  What a piece of shit.

When the dealer called to inform me my car was done, they said I can just drop off the shitbox rental (my words not theirs, of course) at the dealership. They paid for it, but I still had to run a card at Enterprise for incidentals. When I got my receipt back a few days later I come to find that the Audi dealer loaned the Versa out to to someone else while my fucking card was still on file.

Needless to say, when they called as follow-up for customer feedback, they got a real earful. Next time I took my car in I got a fully loaded, brand new Q7 for nearly a week.
